In The Middle of The Crowd in Gathapraya

Late at night before this amazing event happened, I was busy searching for some stores that open tomorrow at dawn. Why? 'Cause she's dead (actually this is from Look What You Made Me Do lyric sung by Taylor Swift, I often made it into a joke or something). Lol, because I was one of the representative along side with my friend Nicolas to participate the fashion show, one of the series of event from gathapraya.

Well, we actually didn't willing to participate, but the whole class made a decision. Thank you guys for turning my serene saturday become a hectic one. Nah, It turns out pretty fun I think, exclude all of our time wasted for waiting the governor.

So, maybe around six thirty, Fawwazti and I went to the place of the costume rental. By the way, if you're asking why I went with my friend Fawwazti, she came to accompany me because it would be too awkward if there was only Nicolas and Me.

After we put on our costume, we went straight to Saparua Park. We actually kind of late, but yeah I don't even mind because everyone there was late too. After waiting others, we moved to a bigger place because there was some attractions that we had to watch it before we move to the next place.

Next, I will skip this part because it was too embarrassing to tell you guys about a girl wearing a light blue costume riding a (not normal) horse from Saparua Park to Lapangan Bali.

After we arrived, Nicolas and I were like 'the welcoming division' that stood at the entrance with other contestants. It was a little bit of embarrassment, but oh well. After that, we went on stage to, you know, do some fashion show thingy. And later on, we waited until the governor arrived.

I will skip this part too because there's nothing much to tell. Our class didn't won the competition(sob sob), we changed our clothes, and finally doing that one activity that I want to do with my friends, watch this festival together.

There was this collaboration between extracurriculars from my school, Elephant Kind with their unique songs, Hi-Vi that made everyone sung along with their catchy songs, and last but not least Nidji performing with such a powerful performance.

Actually, my friends and I didn't watched it till the end of the festival, because we can't hold it much longer to stand between crowds with such a stiff legs and tummies that already screaming for foods. So, we went to the food stans. There was kinds of food and drink. Finally, I went home with my father around ten o'clock.

It really was an exhausting day, but on the other side I had fun. That's all from me for this blog today, and I will insert some pictures. See you on my next blog, Au revoir!
